2023 Bash On The Bay Headline Acts Announced!
We know you’ve been waiting for it. We’ve been waiting too! But now we can finally bring you the news that everyone has been so excited for. We are ecstatic to announce the artists performing at this year’s Bash On The Bay! We’ve got two global mega-stars coming to the Bay this August! Country superstar Luke Bryan, and Mr. Worldwide himself, Pitbull!!! That’s right, Luke Bryan and Pitbull will be the two headliners at Bash On The Bay August 23rd and 24th, with Pitbull taking the stage on the 23rd, and Luke Bryan on the 24th. It’s certainly the most star-studded lineup we’ve ever had for the Bash, and for the first time, a non-country act headlines a night of the show. We are super excited to bring this amazing new Put-in-Bay tradition to another level in 2023!
Luke Bryan and Pitbull will rock the Put-in-Bay Airport August 23rd and 24th
Like last year, the 2023 Bash On The Bay is going to be a two-night event. Both August 23rd and 24th will start with some opening acts and then be headlined by Luke Bryan and Pitbull. The event will take place at the Put-in-Bay Airport, right next to the Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condos. Taxis will be running non-stop to get people from their Put-in-Bay lodging all over the island to the venue. All of the amazing Put-in-Bay bars and restaurants will be packed, it will be summer, it will be sunny (hopefully!) everything you could ask for on an incredible day at the Bay!
Luke Bryan is one of country music’s most accomplished mega-stars!
They don’t come much bigger than Luke Bryan. He is a country music icon and one of the best-selling performers of all time in any genre, having sold over 75 million albums. He’s had over 30 songs top the Billboard Country charts. He’s currently a judge on American Idol. He’s won just about every award you can imagine in the country music space. He has a massive resume and to see him coming to Put-in-Bay for a show is absolutely amazing!
Pitbull is a Grammy winner and Billboard #1 artist with a global fanbase!
In the humble opinion of this writer, it’s about time we got some non-country music to the Bash! And who better than Mr. Worldwide, Pitbull, to spice things up at the Bay! Pitbull has multiple Billboard #1 songs, including Give Me Everything and Timber, and platinum hits in both English and Spanish.
He performed the official theme song of the 2014 World Cup, an honor afforded exclusively to massive international stars.
He has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. With no offense intended to the stars who have come to the Bay for the Bash in the past, this year’s event is a shoe-in for the most star-studded edition yet!

We’ve had some incredible performances in the history of the Bash On The Bay, from the inaugural event with Toby Keith, to the Kid Rock show in 2019 that brought an unprecedented amount of people to South Bass Island, and was the catalyst for the change to a two-day event.
