Visit Put-in-Bay Ohio 24/7/365 With Our Put-in-Bay Webcams!
In an ideal world, you could gather up your family and friends and come hang out at Put-in-Bay every weekend. But we know that, even if you live in Cleveland, Toledo or Sandusky, that’s not very realistic. Now, though, South Bass Island is accessible at all times thanks to putinbay.com’s selection of Put-in-Bay webcams! See what the island is like in the winter, watch the boats come in and out of Put-in-Bay Harbor and the Miller Ferry going to and from Catawba, see how calm or choppy the waters of Lake Erie are that day, and join downtown Put-in-Bay Ohio revelers in spirit. Our live webcams are a great way to stay in touch with PIB. We have four right now, with a couple more in the works!
The Boardwalk “Lobster Bisque” Cam
This camera is mounted atop Put-in-Bay’s famous Boardwalk Restaurant complex, and gives incredible views of the Put-in-Bay Harbor, Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial, DeRivera Park, Middle Bass Island and the OSU Stone Laboratory on Gibraltar Island. During the tourist season you will see the Jet Express loading and unloading visitors from Cedar Point and Port Clinton and Put-in-Bay golf cart rentals moving down Bay View Avenue. It’s a great camera for some of the liveliest bits of the Bay!
Mr. Ed’s “Hi Mom!” Cam
Speaking of lively, the Mr. Ed’s “Hi Mom!” Cam will show you downtown Put-in-Bay at its finest! Situated atop a sign in front of Mr. Ed’s, this camera offers bi-directional views of Delaware Avenue. See all the Put-in-Bay golf cart rentals parked along the streets as taxis bring people from all of the Put-in-Bay hotels & resorts to the many downtown Put-in-Bay bars and restaurants! When it’s your turn to drive past the “Hi Mom!” cam, we recommend you do it in a cart from the Put-in-Bay Golf Cart Center.
Benson Ford Ship House Cam
This is the most scenic Lake Erie webcam. You may already know it from the Put-in-Bay Island Guide Facebook page, as the sunset from this camera is frequently shared there. You’ll see boats cruising by and multi-colored skies at sundown on this cam. One of our biggest FAQs is what life at Put-in-Bay is like in the winter. Well from the Benson Ford Ship House Cam you can see ice fishers in their shacks on Lake Erie once its frozen over. Also, the Lake Erie shores make for some astonishing ice formations when the temperature begins to really drop!
Put-in-Bay Condos Cam
The Put-in-Bay Condos cam offers the views of the mainland from PIB. You can see Cedar Point and Sandusky, as well as the Miller Boat Line coming to and from Catawba Island. We also get a great view of the shores of neighboring Kelleys Island from this camera.
But You Should Still Plan A Trip To PIB In Person!

You can come for a day trip, but that will just leave you wanting more, so we recommend grabbing a place to stay. From being on the business side of Put-in-Bay tourism, we get to see up-close and personal, just how important the Bay is to our visitors! That’s what gave us the idea for these webcams. Because you can’t always be at PIB with a drink in hand and no worries, but you can crack a drink at home in front of the computer screen and spend a few minutes with the Bay, bringing Island style living right to you!
