Downtown Dave’s Thought(s) For The Week
So this weekend is Summer New Years eve. This year we have gambling in the street and also some kids games. It will be happening on Delaware from noon to 5. We also have the fire Department Clambake downtown in a tent this year.
Plus we have the island wide garage sale also. Then of course most places will have the The Ohio State Notre Dame game on at 7:30
A few quick thoughts to ponder
There is no better time to be happy then right now. If not when?
Your life will always be filled with challenges.
It is best to admit this to yourself and decide to be happy anyway.
Happiness is a journey, not a destination. Work like you do not need the money.
Love like you have never been hurt and dance like no one’s watching
You only have 5 more weekends to visit my happy place Put in Bay. It is not as crowded and every band I listed playing this weekend is really good. So stop up and relax and make Put in Bay your happy place.
