The Commodore Resort Details

The Commodore Resort offers a range of different sized rooms, depending on the size of your party. The hotel property consists of two buildings with the original building offering smoking rooms and poolside rooms.

On a romantic getaway? Consider booking one of the deluxe Jacuzzi King suites. There are rooms with up to four beds, sleeping a total of eight people. Rates change depending on the month and time of the week. Check their website for the best rates and even coupons.

All of the rooms in the new building are equipped with WiFi internet, microwaves, refrigerators, and many of the rooms have a view overlooking MIST Pool bar. The older building is also pet friendly. The summer season at the Commodore is reserved for adults only.

Want some more space? Consider renting a condo from the Commodore. This beautiful waterfront units include lake views, full kitchens, and spacious accommodations. They are stylish outfitted and include cable TV, onsite golf cart rentals, and BBQ grilles for each unit.

There is also a pool just for the condos. Large and sparkling, relax on one of the many chaise lounges and work on your tan. Families are welcomed to rent condos during the summer.

The Life of the Party

Mr. Ed’s Bar and Grille, the Green Room at Mr. Ed’s, and MIST Pool all combine to create a trifecta for summertime fun on Put-in-Bay. Each of these attractions are located at or next to the Commodore.

MIST is open to the public but guests of the Commodore enjoy special access to the lounge chairs on the deck. Rent a private cabana and enjoy bottle service while DJ’s spin the best dance tracks all weekend long. Relax in the garden tub then enjoy a strong cocktail at the swim up bar.

Grab a sub or salad from the Subway located in the lobby if you get hungry while partying. If you are renting a cabana, your very own cabana waiter can grab you food.

Mr. Ed’s is everyone’s favorite bar. With a rollicking calendar of live music and the most anticipated parties on the island, everyone winds up here eventually. They also have a full menu of mouthwatering entrees for breakfast lunch and dinner. The friendly bartenders sling drinks while sports play on the many flat screen TV’s and you make new friends while having the time of your life.

Located on top of Mr. Ed’s is the Green Room, the premiere dance club on the island. This open air club features a 360 degree bar and cozy seating arrangements. Dance into the wee hours of the night under the stars and a view of the lake.
