The History of the Mojito
Created in Havana, Cubans may have been drinking this cocktail since the 16th century! Ernest Hemingway introduced this Cuban beverage to Florida in the 1950’s. Put-in-Bay’s has always shared a lot with the Florida Keys and a love of mojitos is no exception.
