Lake Erie Islands Browns Backers Draft Day 5K (and Kids FUN Run)!

The Annual Draft Day 5k will take place the first weekend of May on the historic island of Put-in-Bay, Ohio, sponsored by the Lake Erie Islands Browns Backers.

Whether you like to run or walk, make plans to enter one of the races and then celebrate the NFL draft with us!

Every participant will receive an Official Draft Day 5k Jersey, Draft Day 5k reusable tote bag, free lunch, drink discounts, tickets into a raffle for Cleveland Browns autographed footballs, framed and signed pictures and more!  This event will benefit the Lake Erie Islands Browns Backers charities.

LAKE ERIE ISLANDS BROWNS BACKERS SUPPORTING CHARITIES!

Your support of this race is greatly appreciated as proceeds from the race will go directly to the Lake Erie Islands Browns Backers for their 2019 – 2021 charities. This year the LEIBB donated money to local, regional and national foundations and charities including the: St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Food Pantry, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Discretionary Fund, Ottawa County “Kids for Christmas” which will put food on the table and a present under the tree for local area families in need, “Red Nose Day” to end child poverty, Lake Erie Islands Nature Camp, Put-in-Bay Arts Council, Cleveland Browns Foundation, and five Put-in-Bay High School scholarships. The scholarships included the Gustav Heineman Scholarship, Ricky Dysert Scholarship, Jer-Bear Scholarship, Jeff Verhoff Scholarship, and two $1500 scholarship from the Lake Erie Islands Browns Backers. The LEIBB are a non-profit organization established in 2001.
